Description

The footbridge over the Corfe River, located in Corfe Castle, dates back to the 17th century and was repaired in 2018. It is constructed from rubble stone and features a central segmental stone arch. The parapets of the bridge have been rebuilt in brick and widen out at the ends. The stone parapets have cock and hen copings, while the brick parapets are topped with a curved stone coping.
