Description

This is an 18th-century bridge located immediately east of number 15 on the north side of Beaminster’s North Street. The bridge features a segmental arch constructed from ashlar stone, spanning a stream and abutting at water level. A chamfered string course runs above the arch. The bridge is enclosed by an ashlar stone parapet wall with chamfered coping stones.
