Description

Nos 27 and 29 North Street are two attached cottages that are part of a row of four, built in the 19th century. They feature coursed lias stone walls and a slate roof with gable ends, which have stone gable-coping on the left side. There are two 19th-century brick stacks, one at each end of the building. The cottages are two storeys high and have four windows, which are three-light cast-iron casements with wooden lintels and cills. The front door of No 27 is made of wood and has two glass panes, dating from the 20th century. The door for No 29 is located at the rear, as its original front position has been blocked.
