Description

Tyndall is a building located on Long Street, dating back to 1625. It features a 19th-century front and is constructed with coursed rubble, standing two stories tall with two window openings. The stone slate roof complements the three-light wooden casements that have segmental heads. To the right, there is a round-headed doorway with plain reveals and a simple semi-circular fanlight above it. Tyndall is part of a group of buildings that includes Digby Estate Nos 271 to 274 (consecutive), Wyekham Cottage, Fernleigh, The Shell, Mistletoe Cottage, Fairfields, The Malt House, Eastfields, Linden, The Cottage, and Corner House.
