Description
No. 11 Sherborne Road is a detached cottage dating from the mid-18th century. It features rubble-stone walls, with the west gable end rebuilt in brick. The cottage has a thatched roof with gable ends and includes 19th-century brick stacks at both gable ends. It stands two storeys high and has two windows, which are 2-light wood casements with glazing bars, along with wood cills and lintels. The central entrance has a plank door with a wood frame, also from the 19th century. On the right-hand side, there is an outshut with a pentice roof covered in Roman tiles, dating to the 19th century.
