House, now offices, C18. Stucco with rusticated quoins, slate roof with gable ends and end stacks. Symmetrical facade. 2 storeys and attic, 5 bays. All windows are sashes with glazing bars under segmental arches. Central gabled dormer with open pediment and pseudo Venetian window with glazing bars. 2 flanking dormers with glazing bars under pediments. Projecting C19 porch with banded rustication and pediment over door. Internally, some rooms have panelling, moulded dado rails and moulded and partially dentilled cornices. Dog-leg stairs with moulded, ramped handrails and turned corner newels and balusters. "RCHM, Dorset, Vol III", HMSO, 1970, p 277, no 8.
