Description

This is a mid-18th century shop. It has a stucco exterior, an asbestos slate roof, and brick end stacks. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and has a symmetrical 4-window front. A 19th-century shop front is located to the right, featuring fluted Doric pilasters. To the left of the shop front is a six-panel door, with the two upper panels forming windows, surmounted by a rectangular fanlight and a moulded architrave. The upper floor has four sash windows without glazing bars, set in moulded frames. Two 20th-century wooden dormers, each with three lights, are located in the attic. A clock is mounted on projecting iron brackets above the first floor.
