Description

The bridge over the River Cerne at Forston is a late 18th-century structure that provides access to Forston House. It features brick walls laid in Flemish bond topped with stone copings. The bridge has two segmental brick arches, each with a stone cutwater located both upstream and downstream. The parapet walls curve at the ends, finishing in brick pedestals.
