Detached Farmhouse. Early Cl7. Rubble-stone walls. Slate roof with tile creating and stone gable-copings. Brick stacks at left hand gable, right of centre, right hand gable. 2 storeys. 4 windows, two 4-light stone mullions (cavetto) to ground floor. Separate labels over. 4 Yorkshire sliding-sashes to first floor. Front door, left of centre, wood with glass panels, C20. Gabled wooden porch. Service- range at right hand end. Stone walls and a slate roof. 2 storeys. One window wide. Sliding sash. One plank door at left ground, with a wooden lintel over. Blue lias stone steps up to loft. Source: R.C.H.M.
