Description

MATERIALS: it is constructed of reinforced concrete and concrete blockwork.

DESCRIPTION: it is built into the hillside, close to the summit. It is rectangular in plan, measuring 2.2m by 2.4m, and faces south. To the front half of the building is a sloping roof. There is a covered entrance to its north-west elevation. The angled front (south-west) elevation has three horizontal embrasures or observation slots that have concrete lintels and are set close to the current ground level. These embrasures were designed to be sealed, when necessary, with concrete blocks which remain within the building, one of which retains its iron handles.
