Description

The Square Post Office Martins is a building located on the east side of High Street, dating from the 18th century. It was originally part of the former New Inn. The exterior features rendered walls and a tiled roof with a stone course at the eaves. The building has two storeys and attics. The ground floor includes a modern shop front, while the first floor has two altered double-hung sash windows. In the attic, there is one dormer with a hipped roof and casements. Although the interior has been significantly altered, it still retains the stairs leading from the first floor to the attic, which are similar to those found in No 7, but have also been modified.
