Description
Findon Cottage and Hill View Cottage are two attached cottages dating from around the mid-18th century. They feature dressed stone walls and a plain tile roof that is hipped at both ends. There are brick stacks located at the left center and right center of the buildings. The cottages are two stories tall and have approximately four widely spaced windows. The windows are 2-light wooden casements with lead lights, dating from the 20th century. The ground floor windows have wooden lintels above them. The front doors, located at the left end, have flush and recessed panels with 2-lights, also from the 20th century. To the right of center, there is a door with a large glass panel. Each door is covered by a plain canopy supported by iron brackets.
