Description

Park is a farmhouse that dates back to the 16th century, with later alterations. It has a mainly L-shaped plan and features dressed stone walls and a thatched roof, which is gabled at both ends. There are 20th-century brick stacks at each gable. The building has two storeys, with the eaves raised over most of the central windows. It includes three windows and a porch located to the right of the centre, featuring three- and four-light stone mullions with hollow chamfers. There are separate returned labels above the windows, and the iron casements have lead lights and metal casements. A large stone buttress is positioned between the first and second bays.

The stone porch, dating around 1700, has a square plan and an eared architrave at the entrance, with a straight dripstone above. There is a rectangular light above the entrance with lozenge lead lights, and the porch is topped with stone gable coping and a finial.

Inside, there is a stone fireplace in the north wall with moulded jambs and a depressed-arch head, dating to the 16th century, along with plain spandrels. The stone lintel features the Arms of France, depicted as a field of Fleur-de-lis. At the opposite end, there is an open fireplace with chamfered jambs and a reset lintel above.
