Description
Number 13 on East Street is a mid-19th century building constructed of red brick, featuring a pitched slate roof and a red brick chimney stack. The structure has two storeys and includes two ranges of sash windows. The entrance door is adorned with an oblong fanlight and is framed by a doorcase that has panelled pilasters and elaborately cut brackets supporting a flat hood.
