Description

These are two 18th-century buildings on the south side of East Street. They are constructed of coursed Purbeck rubble stone with a pitched and sprocketed tile roof, and have red brick stacks. The buildings are two storeys high with an attic. There are brick oversailing courses at the eaves. The windows are three sashes with glazing bars in moulded cases. The front door has six fielded panels and a gabled hood supported by cut brackets. One attic dormer is present, featuring a hipped tile roof, tile-hung cheeks, and a casement window. Buildings 10 and 12 form part of a group with numbers 2 to 20 (even).
