Description

No. 16 East Street is a building from the 18th century constructed of coursed Purbeck rubble with brick dressings and voussoirs. It features a pitched tile roof with stone slates above the eaves and a red brick chimney stack. The building is 1½ storeys high and has two ranges of sash windows with glazing bars, and hipped gables above the first-floor windows. There is a flush-panelled door. Nos. 2 to 20 (even) are part of a group.
