Description

This barn, located 10 meters north-east of Durweston Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of brick in English bond, featuring some burnt headers, and has a tiled roof with stone-slate verges. The barn originally had opposed doors; the southern doorway is now blocked, while the northern doorway still has its double plank doors. There is also a garage door on the west side. Attached to the north is a single-storey stable range, which also has a tiled roof.
