Description

The gateway and attached walling with piscina, located 30 metres north of Fryer Mayne Manor, dates from the 14th century, with some elements reset in the 19th century. The structure is made of stone, featuring rubble walling and freestone. It has moulded jambs and a quadrant moulded arch with a projecting keystone. To the left, the attached rubble walling includes a piscina that has carefully moulded jambs and head, along with a stone bowl that also features a moulded head.
