Description
This is a row of cottages dating back to 1615. The cottages are low, two-story structures with rubble frontages. Number 74 has a cement-rendered front with imitation stone jointing. They have casement windows with small panes and thatched roofs. Numbers 76 and 78 have a lower eaves line, with number 78 featuring a large, thatched, gabled half-dormer. Each cottage has one window and a door, although number 70 has one window bay, and numbers 72 and 74 have two window bays, with number 74 having a wider frontage. The cottages have a lower frontage than number 68. The cottages form a group with numbers 68 to 86 (even), numbers 90 to 96 (even), gate piers, and an outhouse adjoining number 96.
