C17 origin, converted to two cottages in C19. Stone walls, part roughcast, thatched roofs, brick stacks. One storey and attics. No. 7 has ledged door. Ground floor has one horizontally sliding sash window with glazing bars. Attic has one dormer with similar sash. No. 8 has ledged door with glass panel. Ground floor has one horizontally sliding sash window with glazing bars. Attic has one dormer with similar sash. Single-storey lean-to on west with pantiled roof, has ledged door. RCHM Monument 5.
