Detached villa. c 1830. Stone walls, stuccoed. Slate roofs, hipped with a valley. Projecting eaves. 2 rendered stacks: at left ridge, at right hand eaves. Main elevation to south-east: 2 storeys, 3 windows. Front door at centre, with 6 recessed panels. Fanlight with glazing bars. Moulded round- head architrave. West elevation has 2 and 3-light wooden casements with glazing bars. Large round-headed window with glazing bars.

Stone walls bounding the lane for c 70 metres. Coursed, squared rubble-stone with 2 sets of ashlar square gate piers with low pyramidal caps (pedestrian entrances).
