Description

This barn, located 5 metres north-west of Higher Abbott's Wootton Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century. It features a rubble-stone sleeper wall with red brick walls above, arranged in Flemish bond, and includes some burnt headers. The roof is made of corrugated iron and has half-hips. The inner wall faces are supported by pilaster buttresses. This structure is included for its group value.
