Description
Nos. 40 and 41 in Milton Abbas are a pair of cottages built around 1780. They feature plastered cob walls and hipped thatched roofs with brick stacks at each end. The cottages are two storeys high. The ground floor has a ledged door and three cross-pattern windows with leaded lights, with the window in No. 40 displaying diamond panes. On the first floor, there are three casement windows with leaded lights, again with No. 40 featuring diamond panes.
