The roof is thatched and hipped, with brick stacks at each end. The cottage is two storeys high. A ledged door has a small glass panel. The ground floor has two windows with a cross pattern and leaded lights, while the first floor has three casement windows also with leaded lights. The building is recorded in the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments as Monument 7 in Volume III of their Dorset survey.
