Description

The barns at Bindon Farm, likely built in the 18th century, feature stone walls with brick dressings and buttresses. The main barn has a tiled roof with stone eaves courses and is a single storey. It includes a plain cart entrance in the north wall, along with a stable door and a slatted window. The south wall has a projecting cart porch with a hipped roof. To the west of the main barn, there is a lower range that serves as an open shelter shed, with its rear and end walls made of stone. The shelter has a tiled roof supported by brick piers at the front and a weatherboarded gable on the east side.
