Description
Milton House is a detached house located in Milton Abbas, likely built around 1780. It was formerly used as a doctor's surgery. The house features plastered cob walls and a hipped thatched roof, with brick stacks at both ends and in the center. It has two storeys, with the entrance situated in the right end wall, accessed through a brick porch that is also thatched. The main roof extends over this wall, creating a canopy supported by brackets. Both the ground and first floors have three casement windows, each with diamond lead lights.
