Description

The milestone opposite No. 61 on Sandford Road dates from the 18th or 19th century. It is made of stone and painted white. The west side is inscribed with "9 TO POOLE 110 TO HYDE PARK CORNER," while the east side has the inscription "1 FROM WAREHAM."
