Description

This is a late 18th-century building on North Street. It is constructed of stucco and features tall, rendered stacks. The building is three stories high and has a parapet. It has three window bays; the outer two windows are glazing bar sashes, while the central window is a casement with glazing bars. A modern door is set within a surround of reeded pilasters, an entablature, and an open triangular pediment, and is topped with a semi-circular fanlight. The paving in front of the door consists of two large Purbeck slabs and some smaller setts. The building forms a group with St Martin's Church, the churchyard retaining wall, and the Lord Nelson Public House.
