Description
75 North Street is an 18th-century building constructed of colourwashed brick with a pitched tile roof and a red brick chimney stack. The building stands two storeys tall and features diagonally placed bricks at the eaves. It has two ranges of cased sash windows and one tripartite casement window with glazing bars on the first floor. The entrance consists of a door with six flush panels, accessed by three steps. The doorcase is adorned with reeded pilasters and two lozenges set between cut brackets that support a flat hood. The entrance also has planked double doors on the right side. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 65, 67, 67A, and 73 to 77 (odd).
