77 North Street is an 18th-century building constructed of pink brick with a hipped tile roof and a red brick chimney. The structure has two storeys and features a brick modillion eaves cornice. It has two ranges of sash windows with glazing bars, along with one modern window on the first floor. The entrance door has six flush panels and a semi-circular fanlight, set within a trellis porch.
