Description

31 Kirkgate is an 18th-century house constructed of local pinkish-brown brick. It features dentilled eaves and a first-floor band, topped with a pantile roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The entrance, located on the left, includes a panelled door with an oblong fanlight, a flat brick arch, and a keystone. Above the door, there is a blind panel. The first floor has Yorkshire sash windows, while the ground floor has 20th-century windows.
