Description
Number 33 on Kirkgate is a dental surgery that was originally a house, built in the 18th century. It is constructed from local reddish-brown brick and features dentilled eaves and a band at the first floor. The building has a pantile roof and is two storeys high with three bays. On the left side, there is a passageway leading to the entrance, which has a panelled door topped with an oblong fanlight. The entrance is framed by a 19th-century wooden doorcase that includes pilasters and brackets supporting a hood. The windows are sash style, adorned with channelled stucco heads and keystones.
