Description

The K6 telephone kiosk located outside the railway station on North Causeway is a Grade II listed structure. This kiosk, designed in 1935 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, is made of cast iron and features a square shape with a domed roof. It has unperforated George VI crowns on the top panels and margin glazing on the windows and door. The kiosk was re-sited on 10 September 1985 and was made by various contractors.
