Description

This barn, located approximately 15 metres northeast of Blynfield Farmhouse, dates back to 1809. It features brick walls constructed in English bond, with some flared headers, and a half-hipped tiled roof. The barn includes ventilation holes arranged in diamond patterns, although some of these have been blocked. There are brick buttresses topped with weathered stone caps and several blocked loft openings. The barn has opposing doors made of corrugated iron and a six-bay tie and collar beam truss roof supported by two levels of butt-purlins.
