Description

Elm Tree Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage, though it may incorporate earlier materials. The construction is of light, squared timber framing with brick noggins. It has a half-hipped thatched roof and a brick stack positioned to the left of centre. The cottage is two storeys high with irregular window placement. The windows are 20th-century 2-light casements featuring glazing bars. A 19th-century open porch shelters a central flush-panelled door.
