Description

Stanbridge Bridge is a road bridge over the River Allen, with possible medieval origins. It was partly reconstructed in 1666 and widened in 1760. The bridge is made of ashlar stone and features four chamfered pointed arches. Above the arches is a string course, and there is a stone parapet with shaped coping.
