Description

This is a detached cottage located 5 metres south of Elcombe Farmhouse, dating from the mid-18th century. It features dressed stone walls and a slate roof with gable ends, along with a brick stack at the south gable end. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows, which are 3-light 20th-century metal casements set in the original openings. The front door is centrally positioned, with straight-chamfered jambs and a very depressed arch-head, and it is a plank door.
