Description

A former warehouse dating to the early 19th century, originally two separate buildings at numbers 10 and 12 Pound Lane. The east elevation is of chequer brick, colourwashed, and features an early 20th-century door, two ground-floor casements with round arches and glazing bars, one first-floor casement, and four blind round arches, two of which incorporate casements. The south elevation has three blind round relieving arches rising through the ground and first floors, framing a round-arched casement with glazing bars and two blind panels on the first floor, and three round-arched openings on the ground floor; one is blocked with a modern casement, one has a semi-circular fanlight, and one includes a porch. An L-shaped extension on the west side, likely from the 18th century, is of stucco and colourwashed brick, with a pitched old tile roof, featuring various contemporary casements and three planked doors.
