Description

The Rectory is an early 18th-century building with a stuccoed front and a rubble end wall on the east wing. It features a pitched and sprocketed tile roof and red brick stacks. The structure is L-shaped with two storeys and attics. The ground floor includes a trellis-work porch that encloses a round-arched door with a semi-circular fanlight and a reeded frame. Above this, there is one sash window with glazing bars. The east wing has one range of cased sashes and two attic dormers with hipped tile roofs, tile-hung cheeks, a moulded cornice, and casements. The west side of the building is made of red brick and has five cased sashes with glazing bars on the first floor and two on the ground floor. Additionally, there are two French casements with glazing bars and two attic dormers featuring pitched tile roofs, tile-hung sides, and casements.
