Description

This is a small town house dating from the 18th century, located on Wooda Road in Launceston. The ground and first floors are rendered; the second floor is slate-hung on studwork, beneath a steeply pitched asbestos slate roof that is hipped on the left side. A rubble chimney stack is situated on the right. The building has a shallow-depth plan and three storeys, with a single window on each floor. Late 19th-century horned sash windows are present, alongside a four-panel top-glazed door on the left side of the building. The interior has not been inspected.
