Description

The Little House is a late 18th century to early 19th century building located on the southeast side of Esplanade in Fowey. It is constructed of painted rubble and has two storeys. The ground floor features sash windows with glazing bars, while the first floor has casement windows. The entrance is marked by a panelled door set within a plain raised architrave, and the building is topped with a slate roof. The Little House is included in the listing for its group value, as it forms part of a collection of buildings from Nos 25 to 41 (odd).
