Description

This early to mid-19th century building is a two-storey stucco house located on the Esplanade in Fowey. The front features two sash windows with vertical glazing bars, and a panelled door sheltered by a moulded hood supported on shaped consoles. A panelled eaves soffit is present, and the roof is covered in slate. The building is included on the list for its group value, contributing to the character of Nos. 25 to 41 (odd) on the Esplanade.
