Description
This implement shed, located 50 metres south-west of Methleigh Farmhouse, dates from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed from killas and granite rubble with granite dressings and features a slate L-plan roof that is hipped at the left-hand end. The shed has an L-shaped plan and is a single-storey building. There are wide entrance doorways on each wall of the inner angle, as well as a loading doorway on the gable end. Inside, the original roof structure remains intact. This shed is part of a remarkably complete and interesting farm group, which adds to its significance.
