Description
This building is an outbuilding located 15 metres to the east of Fradd's Meadow, dating from the mid to late 19th century. It was originally a granary and likely served as a cart shed or stables, but is now used as a garage or store. The structure is made of stone rubble with ashlar granite dressings and features a rag slate roof with half-hipped ends.
The building is two storeys high with an asymmetrical front elevation that includes granite quoins. The ground floor opening has been altered to accommodate 20th-century garage doors, while the loft doorway above is partly blocked with a 20th-century window inserted. The interior has not been inspected. This outbuilding is part of an unaltered group at Fradd's Meadow Farm.
