Description

Oak Villa is a house that likely dates from the mid to late 19th century. It features white painted render with granite quoins and a slate roof. The building has a double-depth plan and is two storeys high with three symmetrical bays. The central doorway has been altered and includes a low overlight that is lettered "OAK VILLA". There are 12-pane sashed windows, and the hipped roof has projecting eaves with chimneys on the side walls. The rear and interior have not been inspected. Oak Villa has group value with Glyn Garth, which is located next door but one to the right.
