Description
Bolventor is an early 19th-century town house featuring incised stucco on masonry, with the right-hand gable end covered in asbestos slate hanging. The building has an asbestos slate roof with projecting front eaves supported by shaped brackets. It has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high, presenting a nearly symmetrical three-window front. The windows are mid to late 19th-century horned sashes with glazing bars. There is a central doorway that contains the original six-panel flush-panelled door, with a blind window positioned above it. The house has a plinth and a mid-floor string, with stucco surrounds on brackets at the first floor. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
