CAMBORNE PENDARVES STREET SW 64 SE (north side) 5/77 No.109 (Tuckingmill Hotel) GV II

Public house. Probably mid to later C19, altered. Coursed squared killas rubble with granite quoins and dressings, slate roof. Double-depth plan. Two storeys and 3 bays, symmetrical; central doorway with 6-panel door and overlight lettered "TUCKINGMILL HOTEL", protected by porch of 2 square columns with moulded caps, plain frieze and moulded cornice; 12- pane unhorned sashed windows; quoined surrounds to all these openings (modern hooped folding canopies now attached to ground-floor windows); hipped roof with prominent projecting eaves; side-wall chimneys. Sides and rear not of special interest; interior altered.
