Description
Sunnyside is a town house built in the early 19th century. It features incised stucco, likely over rubble, with granite sills and an asbestos slate roof that has projecting eaves supported by brackets. The house has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with a symmetrical three-bay front, where the central bay is slightly projected forward. The original windows are 16-pane hornless sashes. The central projection is supported by square columns, creating a wide three-bay porch that includes a moulded entablature and an elliptical-arched fanlight with Gothic-style glazing, leading to a four-panel door. The interior has not been inspected but is expected to be of interest.
