Description

No. 22 Lower Bore Street is a small town house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of squared coursed local rubble and features keyed segmental arches. The roof is made of dry slate, and there is a shared rendered rubble stack on the right side of the building. The house has a narrow double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a one-window range. The windows are modern uPVC, and there is a narrow doorway on the left that has a patterned overlight and a modern panelled door. This doorway is approached by a flight of granite steps, which are flanked by original wrought-iron railings. The interior has not been inspected.
