The ground floor is made of colour-washed rubble, while the upper floors are hung with slate, and the corner of the building jetties out. The front facing Church Street is constructed from red brick and features two three-light sash windows on each floor. The building also includes small modern shops and has a slate hipped roof. At the rear, there is an adjoining range that is also three storeys high and slate hung, with three sash windows that have glazing bars in exposed cases. This section has a tarred slate hipped roof.
